• On-Site Recon: Our on-site shop stocks a selection of cold drinks, chocolates, and light snacks should you need a quick energy boost between missions.
• Important Catering Note: Please note that we do not offer on-site catering, pizza lunches, or food delivery services. Please come prepared with your own food supplies.

To ensure your squad is fully prepared for an action-packed mission at On Point Paintball, please follow our recommendations for clothing, gear, and essentials:

• Footwear: We strongly recommend sturdy walking boots with ankle support and deep tread rubber soles, especially as the terrain can get muddy during the winter months. While some customers choose wellington boots for comfort in the wet, they do lack ankle support. Sandals, jandals, and open-toed shoes are strictly prohibited.
• Clothing: Wear comfortable, old clothing (like tracksuits or leggings) under the combat suits we provide. We highly recommend bringing a towel and a full change of clothes for the end of the day to ensure a comfortable journey home.
• Personal Belongings: Secure lockers are available for hire on-site to store your valuables, car keys, and dry clothes while you are out in the game zones.
• Hand Protection: Your hands are sensitive to impact; you are welcome to bring your own gloves or purchase professional armoured gloves from our on-site kiosk.

No. On Point Paintball operates a strict zero-alcohol policy across all national centres to maintain our industry-leading safety standards.

• Safety & Insurance: Alcohol is strictly prohibited in both the M*A*S*H-themed base camp and the game zones. To comply with insurance and New Zealand health and safety regulations, all players must remain fully alert and unimpaired.
• Entry Requirements: Any player found under the influence, or attempting to bring alcohol onto the premises, will be excluded from the event without a refund and asked to leave the centre for the safety of themselves and others.
• Celebrations: We love a celebration! However, to ensure a safe environment for all guests, we ask that any drinks or celebrations involving alcohol be saved until after you have left the venue and concluded your session.
• Prohibited Substances: This policy applies to all intoxicants and illegal substances to ensure the absolute safety of our staff and players on the field.
