• Use your Booking PDF: Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a map and detailed directions. We strongly recommend sharing this PDF with every driver in your convoy before you head out.
• Sat Nav Caution: While GPS is handy, our centre entrance is tucked away in natural bushland and can be easy to miss. Please cross-reference your Sat Nav with the specific directions in your booking pack to ensure you reach the correct gate.
• Google Maps: You can find us by searching for On Point Paintball in Google Maps. Check your confirmation email for the most accurate pin drop and GPS coordinates.
• Live Support: If you’re having a bit of trouble finding us on the day, give our coordinators a buzz on 0800 667 118. Our team can provide you with direct guidance to the car park to get you sorted.

Yes. Free on-site parking is available, though spaces can be limited during peak periods. We strongly recommend carpooling where possible.

Yes. We provide secure storage facilities at all our national centres to ensure your belongings are kept safe while you are on the field.

• Locker Hire: Secure lockers are available for a small charge at each paintball centre. These are specifically designed for personal items, valuables, car keys, and spare clothing.
• How to Hire: Please visit the on-site shop upon arrival to hire a key. We recommend doing this during registration so you are ready before the safety briefing begins.
• Large Items: While lockers are provided for essentials, we suggest leaving large bags or non-essential equipment in your locked vehicle to ensure space remains available for all guests.
• Security: Utilizing our lockers keeps your gear clean, dry, and secure, allowing you to focus entirely on your mission in the game zones.

To ensure your squad stays hydrated and full of energy, please note the following on-site facilities and catering policies at our centre:

• Catering Policy: We do not offer pizza lunches or onsite catering. You are more than welcome to bring your own refreshments and a packed lunch to enjoy in our sheltered base camp seating areas between games.
• On-Site Kiosk: Our base camp shop is stocked with ice-cold drinks, bottled water, Gatorade, and snacks (chocolates, chips, and lollies) available for purchase throughout the day.
• Hydration: We do not provide complimentary drinking water on-site. We strongly recommend bringing plenty of water for a big day in the bush, or ensuring you have funds for kiosk purchases.
• Payment Methods: Our shop accepts cash and Eftpos (Visa and MasterCard) for your convenience.

We offer both morning and afternoon sessions, with each session lasting approximately 3 hours.
This timeframe is designed to provide a high-intensity, immersive experience while ensuring your squad gets plenty of action on the field.

• Session Structure: Our games are carefully paced within this 3-hour window. This includes your safety briefing, gear-up, and multiple mission scenarios across our world-class game zones, with short breaks to grab a drink and refuel.

• Arrival Time: We recommend rocking up at least 15 minutes before your session start time to get through registration and kitting up so you don’t miss a minute of the action.

From the moment you rock up, our crew ensures your experience is professional, safe, and high-energy. Whether you choose a morning or afternoon session, a typical mission follows this itinerary:

• Arrival & Registration: You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff for check-in. To skip the queues and ensure a seamless entry, please ensure all players have completed their online registration forms before arriving at the centre.
• Kitting Up: Once you’re checked in, we’ll get you sorted with professional-grade gear. You will transform into a commando with your full-head goggle system, bespoke body armour, and full-body combat suit with a padded neck protector.
• Compulsory Safety Briefing: Before the action kicks off, every player must attend a mandatory safety briefing. This covers how to handle your 0.50 calibre semi-automatic marker, the rules of the game zones, and our strict safety protocols. You’ll even get to sharpen your focus with practice shots at the firing range.
• The Action Starts: Head out to our themed game zones for up to six intense battles. From rescuing downed pilots at the Black Hawk Helicopter to retrieving ancient artifacts in the Tomb Raider pyramid, each mission tests your strategy and skill.
• Debrief & Presentation: After the games, players return to base camp to revert to civilian status and enjoy an entertaining afternoon presentation to celebrate the day’s victories (and hilarious defeats).
