What happens to prepayments and paintballs if a player does not turn up?

We understand that plans can change at the last minute. While all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, we aim to ensure you do not lose out:

  • Credit Place for Future Use: If a player is unable to attend on the day, their payment value can be carried forward as a credit place on your booking profile. This credit can be applied toward a future mission at our centre.
  • Paintball Allocations: Please note that any paintball allocations or equipment included in the package for a “no-show” player are forfeited on the day. These cannot be transferred to or shared among other players in your group; however, any paintballs included in that player’s package will be carried over with the credit place and held on your profile for future use.
  • Notification: If you know in advance that your group size has changed, please contact our booking office as soon as possible so we can update your profile.

Are OPP tickets refundable?

Yes. Every OPP ticket comes with a ten-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may apply for a full refund within 10 days of the initial ticket purchase.

  • How to Apply: To request a refund, please visit our Online Refund Authorisation portal. This link can also be found on the back of your physical paintball tickets under the “Important Information” section.
  • On-Street Promotions: For tickets purchased via on-street promotions, OPP processes refunds on behalf of independent resellers. Please allow up to 21 working days for these requests to be completed.
  • Refund Window: All refund requests must be submitted strictly within ten days of the original purchase date.
  • Legal Binding: Once the ten-day cooling-off period has expired, the ticket terms constitute a legally binding contract, and we are unable to offer a refund.
  • Late Submissions: We reserve the right to return any items or decline requests where the initial refund application was received outside of the ten-day eligibility window.

Can I pay for my booking on the day?

No. To ensure a safe and organised experience, all bookings must be confirmed and paid for in advance of your event date.

  • Capacity: Each centre has a strict player limit. We must confirm total numbers prior to the event to ensure we do not exceed safe capacity and can provide the best experience for all guests.
  • Logistics: Advance payment allows our team to organise essential equipment, coordinate game teams, and roster professional marshalling staff specifically for your group.
  • Catering & Food: Our locations do not offer pizza lunches or onsite catering. We recommend making your own arrangements for food and refreshments in advance to keep your team fueled for the day.

How much do paintballs cost?
