Yes. Every player must complete an online registration form before they are authorised to participate at the centre.

• Under 16s: For players under 16 years of age, the online registration form must be completed by a parent or guardian.
• Efficiency: Filling out the online registration prior to attending means no printing or chasing up documents, resulting in less time spent checking in on game day. Once each player or parent has successfully registered, we will automatically receive the details.
• Bonus Info Pack: Upon successfully completing registration, each player or parent will receive a confirmation email along with an info pack, ensuring they are well-versed in the plan for the day.
• Group Coordination: We recommend sending the registration link to your entire group alongside your invitations to ensure a fast, seamless check-in.
• Accessing the Link: Please request your unique group link from your event coordinator when finalising your booking by calling 0800 667 118.
• Connectivity & Delays: Completing forms in advance is essential. The centre is located in an area where mobile signal and internet connectivity can be unreliable. Waiting until you arrive will significantly delay your check-in and reduce your time on the field.
